Let's Get your Lymphatic System Moving....
You are probably asking why are we talking about the lymphatic system? Well because if you are like me, I had some narly things going on with my body & I wasn't sure what was going until, yep you called it I started googling! 😂

What is Your Lymphatic System?
The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.
It is the only system in your body that doesn't have its own automatic pump.

Here is a SHORT QUIZ to take to help you decide if your lymph system needs to be cleansed.

2. Bounce it out!!! Get up every morning bouncing with joy, or just do about 25 jumping jacks. IF you have knee problems don't jump, but just step it out! Another way to bounce is get a mini trampoline & jump till you are shifting your breathing.
