Ingredients:
1 cup of NingXia Red
1 cup of fresh fruit of your choice (berries, watermelon, or tropical fruits work great!)
Popsicle molds
Instructions:
Blend the NingXia Red and fresh fruit together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for a few hours or overnight.
